The terms that govern your visit, your booking, and your use of this website.

By accessing the Bo-Kaap Grill website, booking a table, or dining at our restaurant, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Reservations
Reservations made via phone, email, or our website are confirmed once you receive an acknowledgement from our team. We hold tables for fifteen minutes past the reserved time before they may be released. Larger parties (eight or more) may be asked to provide a deposit, which is fully redeemable against the final bill.
Cancellations
Bookings may be cancelled or amended free of charge up to four hours before your reserved time. Cancellations made with less notice, or no-shows, may incur a per-cover fee at the discretion of management for parties of six or more.
Dietary Requirements & Allergens
Bo-Kaap Grill is a fully Halaal kitchen. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking and again upon arrival. While we take care to minimise cross-contact, our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and sesame, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Pricing
All prices displayed on this website and in-restaurant are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Menus and prices are subject to change without notice.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful toward staff or other guests. We are a family-friendly establishment and ask all visitors to keep voices, music, and phone use at considerate volumes.
Photography & Media
Personal photography is welcomed. Commercial photography or video — including for influencer content — requires prior written consent from management. By dining with us during a featured event, you consent to incidental inclusion in any photography or footage produced by Bo-Kaap Grill.

All content on this website — including photographs, recipes, copy, and branding — is the property of Bo-Kaap Grill (Pty) Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, Bo-Kaap Grill shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from any visit to our restaurant. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape.
